PROCESS OF
PRE-REGISTRATION
New students
FILL OUT the electronic Pre-registration form.
CONFIRM, by email, the receipt of the same.
MAKE the payment corresponding to the registration on the dates indicated and send the payment confirmation to the email secretaria@vas.cr and accounting@vas.cr
SUBMIT letter of transfer from the old educational institution.
SUBMIT last grade report and conduct grade.
Present reports or diagnoses of specialists and curricular supports if required.
Diagnostic tests will be applied that will show parameters of knowledge of the students and possible need for leveling in specific subjects.
To complete the registration:
REMOVE the registration envelope and deliver the requested documents:
Birth certificate issued by the civil registry.
Sign educational services contract 2022.
Complete the student file.
Present the qualification of the last course.
Present a professional diagnosis (depending on the case).
Photocopies of the identity card parents or guardians.
Passport-size photograph.
Complete student insurance.
